Every penny counts: Results of the Penny Wars

The leadership class thanks all students who participated in this years penny wars.

Woodside’s annual fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society known as the “Penny Wars” comes to an end; with it comes a collection of money and points from each grade.

Thanks to organizational skills and hardwork from leaderships’ Penny Wars committee, the results are in and are as follows:

Freshman: $19.95 adding up to -1695 points

Sophmores: $53.48 adding up to 708 points

Juniors: $45.52 adding up to -4178 points

Seniors: $35 adding up to -2420 points

The class of 24’ officially wins Woodside’s first Penny Wars since 2019.
