For the 2021 holiday season, Woodside will be hosting its Toys For Tots Drive from November 15 to December 3.

The Marine-run Program, Toys for Tots, missions statement is to collect new toys and distribute them during the Holiday season to less fortunate children. Students and Staff are encouraged to bring toys and books to put in boxes in locations such as the Office, Counselors Center, College, Career Center, D7, and the library.

Donations need to follow specific guidelines, such as toys and books must be new, unwrapped, and preferably around $10 or more. Toys involving candy, food, chemicals (i.e., experimental labs, acid, crystal projects, etc.), as well as toys that look like realistic weapons, are not allowed.

Additionally, Woodside’s leadership class will be competing to see which leadership period can obtain the most toy donations.

The children who will receive these donations will receive two gifts each and holiday cheer.
