The Paw Print

Sam Brook
Sam Brook is a junior and third year journalist who works as managing editor and campus editor for the Paw Print. For her freshman and sophomore years she went to Sequoia High School then transferred to Woodside this year. She is an advocate for women's rights and an athlete on the track team.   She once reported on her school’s walkout for the parkland shooting victims and took pictures which got published on the front page of the school’s newspaper with her article. She has attended the National JEA Spring High School convention for two years. Her goal is to go to Northwestern’s School of Journalism, Medill, in Chicago, Illinois. She is also interested in broadcast reporting because of her journalist inspiration, Diane Sawyer, former ABC anchor.
