Staying Active during COVID-19 lockdowns

Having trouble staying active during these times?
Staying+Active+during+COVID-19+lockdowns

Staying active during this time can be challenging for most people, but it is more important than ever.

As humans, we have become extremely sedentary due to advanced technology and the pandemic. It can be hard to motivate yourself to exercise, let alone to go for a walk. However, a walk is a start. It’s important when creating an exercise routine to make it realistic and enjoyable. Some enjoy exercising more by lifting weights, others running, or some playing sports. There is no right way to do it, especially considering we all have access to different things right now. But equipment or not, you can make small investments, for example, a ball to play your favorite sport, resistance bands, or sneakers to go running. You can also do strength training and resistance turning without any necessary equipment. Many Instagram accounts have workout inspirations featuring many forms of equipment. You can find them by using hashtags to find specific content.

I really encourage you to start moving if you already haven’t. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you do it, and you don’t hate doing it.
